The packaging ordinance requires that anyone who places sales packaging on the market that ends up with final consumers must have this taken back and recycled via a Dual System. If the packaging accumulates at points comparable to private households (restaurants, administrative buildings,  schools, hospitals and nursing homes, etc.), it can alternatively be disposed of by industrial solutions.
