Directors' dealings of Interseroh

With the following notifications on directors' dealings Interseroh fulfils its obligation pursuant to the German Securities Trading Act (section 15a) that stipulates that members of the board of directors or supervisory board as well as people who have regular access to insider information and who make important company decisions must report transactions with their own shares within five workdays.
