Document shredding and the handling of personal data in Germany are regulated in the Data Protection Act. This is why we only use lockable containers when we come to collect the materials you want destroyed.
Document shredding and subsequent comminution is carried out in a closed hall to which only authorised employees are allowed access. The file materials are shredded using the latest technology and then vortexed with the aid of a cyclone. The shredded waste paper is then returned to the material cycle and is processed into new paper.
You can, of course, deliver your files to us personally for shredding and supervise the process.
You will be issued with an acceptance and shredding report as documentary evidence for your files.
